After loosing various bunkers Twins (Drak) finished respecting any rules.
He started now to RAID DOWN empty moons. For certain he has nothing more to loose now and so he wants to destroy game to all others.

@ Corrado, this guy killed me 4 moons with orbital shield on ( 4 x 10.000 DM )
After rule No 8. came out i invested a lot of DM and put shields on all moons and planets, knowing that there is a new rule.
I had zero ress and no fleet on the moons.
So the posted attacks are all IRREGULAR.
I lost 2 hours of work to rebuilt everything and 40.000 of dark matter.
