    I have -18 B/-18 B energy on a moon, built 10 SATs and built 10 more and more negative energy. Waited and tried 10 more and now energy is at -18 B/-18 B and iu can not build an orbital defence platform did fine all the other moons except this line??????? Okay next moon energy worked as should, next moon I have negative energy again!! Need this fixed.;
