you mean building lv to zero sir ? smaller planet size will result in full planets very fast sir -- dont think many players going to like this but have to say whit planned resources speed i think planets will be full eventually

but have to see how it go's will whit new speeds good thing is that terraformer needs energy to so there is a limit
