why not open it up with more systems? These guys want to be close to make fast hits and go back off. Make them fly a little longer and look more. 200 systems is too close. Set up 2 colonies in each galaxy spread right and only flying 67 systems at that fleet speed is not enough. Make the festers work for it or make them spend dm to move a lot. I play with fleet and better to have some challenge to hunt.
