For the ones that still don't get it: i.e. I have 1 planet at system 150. Relocating that planet cost the normal amount. i.e. I have 2 or more planets at system 150. Relocating each one of that planets cost 5.000 Dark Matter. Until one is left. That last one will cost the normal amount again to relocate.
