I need to wait the same amount of time on all my planets before i can relocate it again, this wasn't the case? I hope this is a bug because with the cooldown period and all relocate has been nerfed enough!

I know aabout the attack cooldown, but normally i had a 24 hour cooldown on the planet i moved, now i have a 24 hour cooldown on all my planets if i only move 1.
