yes we known this problem and we tried to fix -- we hoop to get this problem fixed in the future by letting the page update its self whiteout the refresh of the page this will solve the whit flash.

searchd on google but this seems a issu for chrome users -- firfox IE users dont have this issu i tested my self and have to say tha firefox is seemless no flicker what so ever ,so when this really give u headakes its a sugestion to try whit flashes beteewn pages chrome
